me subletting His name isnt on the main lease or any other type of legal document He been neglecting

Well im part way through being an agents representative in australia, but from my understanding you have broken the lease yourself as you have been Korte Trouwjurk illegally subletting and can be given 14 days notice to vacate the premises by the landland or property bruidsmeisjes jurken manager if they want to.

i dont believe there is much you can do via courts without getting yourself in trouble, If he was just living with you and still paid rent you might of been able to tell your property manager/land lord that someone else was there and they may of put them on the lease to avoid this.

Im not entirely sure what you could do to make him pay or move out. maybe you could speak to his parents and say he is this far behind his rent and wont move out, would you please try to get him out of the house or i will have to take legal steps to have him removed and pay his rent.

The 14 day notice to vacate is a law in victoria, Australia unde 251(3) and may not apply to your state.

I found someone to Avondjurken take over my rent lease. However the property manager has kept his lease application pending for 2 weeks saying that the owner might himself want to move back in the house. I am afraid I may lose the potential tenants and be stuck.
