Do dress codes get in <a href="http://www.yamlodress.nl/trouwjurken/eenvoudige-trouwjurken.html">Eenvoudige Trouwjurken</a> the way of great customer service

Can a dress code interfere with great customer service?

Many businesses have dress codes. I have seen everything from goes to must wear a jacket and tie Mostly these codes work well for the business and can, depending on the customers, be seen as a plus.

In an article in the Express News, Ariel Barkhurst wrote about how San Antonio, Texas, Police Chief William McManus has asked local banks to implement a dress code for customers in order to stop bank robberies. He told the banks to tell their patrons to remove sunglasses, hooded sweatshirts and hats.

His article included one of the bank responses: Danny Garza, assistant vice president of marketing at IBC Bank, said they fear doing so would make customers feel unwelcome.

try to make our branches as warm and friendly as possible, and we don't want to turn into a TSA checkpoint, where you're going to have to take off your shoes, Garza said.

I think Garza has it absolutely right. Banks, now more than Cocktailjurken ever, need to be, as Garza put it, warm and friendly as possible. Truth be told, ALL businesses need to be as warm and friendly as possible.

Since I was a little girl, I have seen signs that read , shoes, no shirt, no service. So the idea of a dress code is nothing new. But do the banks really want to ask a sight-impaired person to remove their sunglasses or have a Sikh remove his turban? I think not.

Safety is important. But knowing your customers and providing them a welcoming experience is important, too. Surely there is a better way to keep the good citizens of split voor Prom Dresses San Antonio safe.
